with a free weekend coming up, i still haven’t decided what to do. i suppose one option would be to watch Sex and the City.
a gay officemate has been raving about Sex and the City these past few days — although to be more precise, he was more hung up on the dresses, shoes and accessories being featured in the film — and while i have more or less promised to watch this with a friend, i’m not really that hung up about SATC.
sure, i’ve watched a few random episodes of this series a few years back (and some of them were really funny), but i don’t think it will send me into a state of depression if i don’t see its film version. i guess it’s obvious that i’m not a fan. SATC (TV series) is good for a few laughs and offers a frothy and provocative look into several interesting issues that typically hound modern-day yuppies, but seriously it’s hard to find anything relevant about a lifestyle that bears little resemblance to the life i lead.
of course, there’s always Kung Fu Panda! wootah!!!
right on, onyxx. I liked watching the series for the humor but the movie turned out to be some kind of NY Fashion Week on film. I never cared much about the clothes, accessories, interior designs, etc. especially that it’s not something I really see around here. Maybe it’s same reason I’m not into the Gossip Girl phenomenon.
… and yeah, there’s always Kung Fu Panda! Haha.
i presume you enjoyed watching KFP heheh. i watched it twice!
I could definitely watch it again! Oooh… can’t wait to get my hands on that DVD…
